3 Online Classes a Week: Optimize Your Fitness Journey

To maximize your fitness goals, we recommend participating in three online classes each week. This structured approach helps maintain momentum, encourages consistency, and allows for a well-rounded workout regimen.

Each 60 minute Class Includes:

  • 7-10 minute dynamic warmup

  • 40-45 minutes balance and strength training

  • 10 minute stretch and cool down.

Class Schedule

  • Monday: Prerecorded 60 minute class released at 9:30 AM PST

  • Wednesday: Prerecorded 30-60 minute class released at 9:30 AM PST

  • Friday: Live 60 minute class from 9:30 - 10:30 AM PST

Tips for Success

  • Set Reminders: Schedule your classes in advance and set reminders to stay on track.

  • Have required Items: Most classes require a yoga mat and dumbbells (weight dependent on your ability). Resistance bands can be added for extra muscular engagement.

  • Track Progress: Keep a journal of your workouts to monitor improvements and adjust your goals as necessary.
